I purchased a Soldius1 solar charge in 2015 to charge my granddaughter's iPod and cell phone while we where outdoor camping in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

It comes with 7 plastic adapters for charging 250 different devices including power-hungry iPods, Zen Micro MP3 gamers, BlackBerrys, and smart phones from Nokia, Siemens, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, and Motorola.

The solar charger worked just like the producer stated it would, and charged my granddaughter's iPod in less than 3 hours. Where we go camping there are more moose than mobile phone towers, so keeping the phone charged wasn't an issue.

This is a great battery charger, however with a 1.1 watt/6 volt ranking you're restricted to thenumber of gadgets it can charge during the course of a day.

When  I Found This Interesting  and I just recently took my granddaughter and 2 of her pals camping, this fact was born out. The camp site appeared like a satellite store for Radio Shack.

Attempt as it might, the Soldius1 was no match for all the electronic devices these teens brought along. We certainly required MORE POWER.
